10 years ago we did reasoning in large size connected data, after the days we get the result unless we had no out of memory exception. Same thing valid for the  Machine Learning algorithms. 

For many years, AI and machine learning algorithms remained largely theoretical. However, the last decade has seen a dramatic resurgence, primarily due to the widespread adoption of GPUs, which have significantly accelerated matrix operations compared to traditional CPUs.(Gemini edited this clause)

NLP and Semantic Web had same progress indeed.

What is the next? The conversation below reminds me the future of AI.

Understanding of theory in computer science (for software developers) or other areas must be well covered on the site of users and AI need smart users to take advantage of AI. The fundamentals of the topic being studied need to be known before using the tools of AI.
